1. How often should I have my carpet professionally cleaned?
Depending on the amount of traffic in your home and whether or not you have pets, I would recommend
cleaning once every 3-6 months. Having your carpet cleaned regularly will extend the life of your carpet.
2. Can I walk on my carpets immediately after they have been cleaned?
Yes, because of our low-moisture cleaning process, you can walk on your carpets immediately. In 30-90
minutes, your carpets will be dry, but until then, be careful when walking from your carpets to a hard floor. The
moisture on the bottom of your feet can cause you to slip on the hard floor.
3. What should I do to prepare my home before my appointment?
Be sure that there are no breakable items on the furniture that will be moved, and pick up any small items from
the floor. You do not need to vacuum because it is included in our cleaning process.
4. Does carpet protector really work?
Yes, carpet protector will help seal the carpet fibers with a protective barrier, therefore repelling any spills and
dry soil. It will aid in prolonging the life of your carpet and it will help prevent future stains from settling in.
5. Does low-moisture cleaning only clean the surface?
No, our low-moisture cleaning process uses an oscillating pad machine which scrubs the entire carpet fiber as
the dirt is absorbed into cotton pads. The oscillating action digs deep into the carpet, laying each individual
carpet fiber over and cleans all 360 degrees. We have excellent results with this method.
6. What is the difference between your method and "steam cleaning"?
There are many differences between the two methods. One, we use 7-10 times less water than hot water
extraction (HWE). Since we use less water, we do not get your carpet pad wet, which in the right conditions, may
cause mold. Some HWE cleaners use a detergent based cleaner, and our cleaning agent is water based.
Detergent based cleaners will leave a residue behind that attracts dirt which makes your carpets get dirtier much
quicker. Another difference is the dry time; rather than having your carpets wet for up to an entire day or more,
we can have them dry in 30-90 minutes, allowing you to return to normal activities quicker.
7. Can my child be sleeping while you are cleaning?
If they can sleep through the sound of a typical vacuum cleaner, yes. Once the pre-vacuuming is complete,
there will be no loud noise. The rest of the equipment is silent.
8. Are your chemicals harmful?
No, our chemicals are safe for children, pets and the environment. We will never bring any products in your
home that we wouldn't trust to use in our own.
9. I just had you guys out to clean my carpet 2 days ago and my child spilled a drink in the living
room. Will you come back out to re-clean the area?
Of course. You are protected by our Triple Protection Guarantee, so there will be no cost to you.
