The 5 Steps we perform when cleaning your carpets
Pre-vacuum:
We always pre-vacuum your carpet before we start
cleaning to get as much of the dry soil out
as possible.
Pre-treat spots:
We treat any tough spots or stains and check for
any problem areas.
Apply Green cleaner:
At this step, we apply our Green cleaner using a CRB (counter rotating brush) machine or a spray
wand,
depending on the condition of the carpet. The CRB sprays the cleaner in the carpet and the counter
rotating brushes work the solution in and at the same time, lifts the carpet nap up. The CRB is mainly
used on carpets that are severely soiled or worn. Our green cleaning agent helps to emulsify the dirt
particles, breaking them up, getting them into liquid form and ready to be removed.
Clean the carpet:
This is where we come in with an OP (oscillating pad) machine. The OP machine gently scrubs the
carpet fibers using a microfiber pad. The pads are what extract the dirt out of the carpet fibers. They
also help in the drying process by removing moisture, and they help lift the nap of the carpet.
Groom:
The last step is grooming the carpet. This is where we use the CRB machine to lift and separate the
carpet fibers and pick up any loose debris that the OP machine may have turned up, or we may use a
carpet rake to remove and separate the carpet fibers.
When we are finished your carpet will be clean, soft, groomed and ready for your family. The carpet will
normally dry in 30 to 90 minutes, but you can walk on in immediately. Your carpet will repel dirt like
crazy, your vacuum will pick up more dirt and your carpet will stay cleaner longer because of the
protective properties in the cleaning chemical applied.

different machines in the cleaning process. One machine
uses dual counter rotating brushes that dig deep into the
carpet, pulling out dirt, hair, dander, dust mites and
other debris. At the same time, the machine is lifting the
nap of the carpet back to it's original shape. The other
machine uses a 1725rpm random oscillating pad to scrub
the tops and sides of the carpet fibers, removing any
stubborn stains or spots.
